Cottages on the Avenue (COTA) is a locally owned cottage home community featuring ten beautifully designed two-story homes (all in 2/2.5 floorplans), two charming 1/1 cottages, and (coming spring of 2026) a duplex offering two spacious 3/3 units. Every residence is thoughtfully crafted to enhance comfort and simplicity. Each cottage boasts a fenced-in backyard - perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying time with pets. All cottages are pet friendly!
